Are you an energetic, versatile Office Manager who ensures everything runs smoothly—from welcoming guests to supporting HR, Legal, and the Management Team?
At our international data center company, we're looking for a proactive and professional Office Manager to be the welcoming face of our Amsterdam headquarters. You’ll be the powerhouse behind the scenes: coordinating meetings, managing office logistics, and making sure both guests and colleagues feel right at home.
Employment: 28 to 32 hours/week
Hybrid work: Minimum 3 days in-office, remaining hours remote
Task split (based on 32 hours/week):
- 2 days: Finance support (invoice processing)
- 0.5 day: Legal admin support
- 1.5 days: General office management
Your Responsibilities
- Support Management, HR, Legal, and Finance with calendar management, onboarding, internal comms, and admin
- Prepare meeting rooms (catering, tech setup, welcoming ambiance)
- Order and manage office supplies, lunches, and facility essentials
- Coordinate with external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, facility management)
- Lead the setup and planning of the new office project
- Warmly welcome (international) visitors and create a professional first impression
- Professional and friendly with excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities
- Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written – mandatory)
- Available 4 days per week
- Based in or near Amsterdam
